Early in his conversation, he talked about his president hiring a detective to find out who was posting false/negative information about their food. And prosecuting! When I discussed what I had been seeing, his solution was to give me a free bag of dog food that I was telling him was having negative effects on coat. And if the coat is having issues, what else? The free bag is still in his warehouse and will probably rot before I use Canidea again... About 6 weeks off of Canidea and coat is wonderful...
