Mammals need a certain amount of polyunsatuarted fats in their diet. The health industry has been touting that you can't get enough of this stuff...yet.... there is little polyunsatuarated fat in the body, its energy stores. So does this mean that the body must hydrogenise it? Perhaps natural fats found in chicken, DUCK ( for certain breeds ), beef, lamb and pork ( 'Possum for Larkin's Hounds ) in the end better suits the animals health. Just what is the mix in sebaceous oils? working....
