I thought it was only Eppie. I have been washing her with a mild soap that has Green Tea Oil in it... made by Desert Essence Thorough Clean Face Wash.. it helps me if I get a rash or skin irritation.. and then I sprayed her with Gold Bond Spray.. It seems to be subsiding..

Would also like advice.

It looks like knat bites or maybe an irritation from the fallen leaves in her kennel,
