When we got there he was going to be cared for by his breeder, I was only the travel guide. The owner brings him to me house and hands me the leash and says to the dog..."this is your new mommy, listen to her and be a good boy, I'll see you in a few days." Do you know that he hugged me and had eyes only for me the entire time we were away. The breeder said that here she was feeding him all his meals and treats and he ignored her. I would take him for walks every day...it was the funniest thing. When we got back I met his mom and handed the leash back to her and he went prancing off happy as lark and never even said goodbye.
