My 3 older chessies combined are not as much work as this 20lb bundle. I'm sure part of that is me, but I think its important that she be exposed to lots of stuff. So daily we play with the bigs dogs in the yard, 3 times during the course of the day. We take a short walk...on leash, to practice leash walking and learn about neighbors and cars and other noises. We work on basic commands with and without the clicker...she has mastered sit, her name and NO. She also has learned some words...cookie, eat, kennel, get a drink. We are still working on DON'T CHASE THE CAT...sigh. And then we have inside play time every night, where we learn that it is never ok to put our teeth on the furniture and how to share toys with BIG dogs that have lived here for years.... Did I mention I work at home? Not sure how I would do this if I didn't.
