How old is he?

What time does he eat dinner? How much food does he get in a day?

The up early issue is probably hunger. When I put Cali to bed she gets a handful of tiny trainimg treats thrown in her crate. If she wakes up early to pee she gets some cookies in ger crate until breakfast. hunter is training Christina. Get him a a bone or special toy and give it to him after potty at 3 a.m. with csome cookies of handful of kibble.

The chasing the baby thing....he thinks she is a puppy. She moves fast, is at his eye level and her toys probably look just like his. You need a CTJ....the loudest most growling NOOOOOOOOO you can muster. I might also consider having the baby give him treats....maybe while he is crated or behind a babygate WITH SUPERVISION. If he thinks she controls food he will elevate her status in the pack. Also, they should not be running loose togther. Hook his leash to you when the baby is running around and after she goes to bed or while sheis napping he gets free play time. Thats what I do with my puppy and my 3 older dogs...they play together ONLY WHEN SUPERVISED. Otherwise it is separate play time.
