I talked to a prospective owner who sounded like she had the time and Chesapeake-smarts to give this dog a good home....but there is a glitch. The current owner's "boys" are adults, and he doesn't think the dog should go to a home with children.

Let myself get my hopes up and now I'm disappointed. I haven't even met the dog but I know the story all to well.
