My girls were teens when we adopted Ruffie nearly 3 years ago. For some odd reason, the boy is nuts about young kids. Absolutely besotted with them. From what I know of his former life, it did not include young children, yet he whines and wants to greet every toddler and preschooler he sees.

Go figure.
